Cardona Global Cooking

In this page you are going to upload your recipes. Each group will receive three papers with three different countries written on them. You have to prepare a menu of the day consisting of a starter, a main course and a dessert, and each one has to be typical from one of the countries (thee group of four people has to prepare a menu with two main courses)

Once you have chosen the different dishes, you have also to write the recipe of the dish (do not copy and paste). Each recipe has to have an image, and the method can be written using numbers (1, 2, 3…), letters (a, b, c…) or simply by sepparating the different steps using different paragraphs, but each recipe has to fulfill the same structure.

To do this, just go to “New Post” and start writing. You can also upload pictures. You don’t need to upload the post directly, you can save and edit it as many times as you want and wait until it’s finished. Do not forget the preparation time and the ingredients for each recipe, and that the first paragraph must be an introduction. And las but not least… upload a picture!!

Although crepes are a traditional French dish, they have become a typical breakfast or dessert in a lot of countries in the world, from Japan to Argentina, because of their versatility, since they can be filled by almost every type of salty or sweet food.

Ingredients (for 8 servings):

1 cup of all-purpose flour                                  1/2 cup of water

2 eggs                                                          1/4 teaspoon of salt

1/2 cup milk                                                   2 tablespoons butter, melted


  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. Gradually add in the milk and water, stirring to combine. Add the salt and butter; beat until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each crepe. Tilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.
  3. Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is light brown. Loosen with a spatula, turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.
